Lounge
A two-year residency with the Riviera Dining Group’s AVA MediterrAegean in Winter Park: the corner booth of the MM lounge, Thursday through Saturday and, at its peak, four nights a week.
The Room
A members’ lounge with a corner booth and a late crowd.
The answer isn’t more polish — it’s reading the room and adjusting in real time, set after set.
The Night
Dinner-hour warmth first, then House until the lounge is moving wall to wall.
The lounge fills from the dining room, so the early hour stays elegant: deep, warm and unhurried, the kind of selection that lets a table finish its conversation.
Once the room turns over, the set turns with it. House and Tech House, paced to the floor, until people are dancing wherever they can find space.
The Result
The room the press kept coming back to.
“Oteo had the club bouncing. People were dancing pretty much anywhere they could.” — Orlando Entertainment News, March 2024.
“Friday/Saturday night resident DJ Oteo (USA) was in the corner booth. Pumping out House music during our visit.” — Orlando Entertainment News, July 2024.
